Since the death of Sushant Singh Rajput on June 14, Shekhar Suman, Roopa Ganguly, as well as fans of the late actor have been demanding CBI inquiry into Sushant’s death. The final post mortem report stated that the actor died of asphyxia due to hanging. However, a section of people suspect foul play, and have been demanding CBI inquiry in the case. A few days ago, former Union Cabinet Minister and BJP MP Subramanian Swamy had appointed an advocate to process all required documents for a possible CBI investigation in connection to Sushant Singh Rajput’s suicide. Now, the advocate Ishkaran Singh Bhandari has written to the Police Commissioner of Mumbai for the forensic examination of all electronic evidence of all people connected to Sushant Singh Rajput’s case.

On July 9, former Union Cabinet Minister Subramanian Swamy tweeted, “I have asked Ishkaran to process Rajput alleged suicide matter for a possible CBI case or PIL or Criminal complaint case.” Now, the advocate Ishkaran Singh Bhandari shared  an update and tweeted, “I have written a letter to Police Commissioner of Mumbai, to preserve and do through forensic examination of ALL ELECTRONIC EVIDENCE, phone, computer, etc of all people connected to Sushant Singh Rajput Case!” In another tweet, he shared pictures of the letter and wrote, “My letter to Mumbai Police, to preserve and Forensic examination of all electronic evidence, CCTV, laptop, Phone etc. Along with SC judgements Justice to Sushant Singh Rajput @Swamy39Will explain in simple common man language on YouTube,” ans also shared the link to the video.

Shekhar Suman had thanked Subramanian Swamy for asking the advocate to look into Sushant’s death case. He wrote, “Thank you so much @Swamy39 for asking Ishkaran to look into Sushant's death case and determine whether it is a fit case for CBI investigation.We all will be really indebted to you if you make this possible. #justiceforSushantforum #CBIForSushantSinghRajput.”


Replying to this tweet of Shekhar Suman’s, Ishkaran thanked him and said that he would fight and get justice for Sushant Singh Rajput.
